How do I make an order?

Browse our website, select your item/ items, go to checkout and select Paypal, then complete your order. If you are located in Antigua, you can also select the cash option, then contact us on 268-723-2990 to arrange pick-up.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer credit or debit card payment through Paypal, Cash, or Check.

How do I pay using Cash or Check?

This option is available for customer's located in Antigua only. Once you select this payment option, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to schedule pickup and you pay via cash or check when you collect your item/items..

 
What currency are the prices displayed on the website?

All prices are displayed in US Dollars.

 
What currency do accept for payments via Cash or Check?

Payments via Cash will be acccepted in US or XCD (EC) Dollars. Payments via Check will be accepted in XCD (EC) Dollars.

 
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details.

 

 
What are your delivery options?
 

We ship around the Caribbean using Liat Quick Pack or Express shipping via the Post Office. We also have some items available to be shipped from the US via USPS.

 

 
How do I return an item?

Items can be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt. 

For purchases in Antigua, please contact us on 268-723-2990.

For other purchases please contact us for shipping address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. For credit card you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 
How can I contact your couriers?
 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and the courier contact details.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

We can provide International shipping on request, just contact us via e-mail or live chat and we will give you a quote on the cost. 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Customers have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
